Common questions

Does the price go up when we win more work?
Only if you run more jobs at once than your plan covers, or your team outgrows it. Starter covers 3 team members who can edit and 2 live jobs, Team 10 and 6, Business 20 and 15. A live job is one you're working on now. When a job is finished, archive it: the slot frees up straight away, and the job stays on file with its signed PDFs free to download.
Who counts as a team member?
Anyone in your company who can edit: admins, supervisors, inspectors and field users. Viewers are free and unlimited. Builders, clients, certifiers and installers who sign by link never need an account and never count.
What happens when we outgrow our plan?
We ask before anything changes. Say you're on Starter and start a third job: you can move to Team ($149 a month), or archive a finished job instead. Nothing changes until you say yes, and nothing is charged during your free trial. Move back down whenever you fit the smaller plan again. Past 20 team members or 15 live jobs, we quote an Enterprise plan from $499 a month.
We signed up before 30 October 2026. Does this change our price?
No. Companies that signed up before 30 October 2026 keep their current plan and price, with no limit on live jobs.
Can you help us get set up?
Yes. Upload the ITPs you already use, a PDF or photos of a paper one, and each is rebuilt as an editable master in about 20 seconds, on every plan. For more help, Setup and onboarding is an optional $990 one-off and Priority support is an optional $99 a month. Ask us and we'll add them, billed by invoice.
What's included in the free trial?
Everything, for 14 days, with no credit card needed to start. Evaluating an ITP workflow needs a real site visit and a week rarely covers it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans have no lock-in contract; cancel from the Billing page. Annual plans are paid for the year up front.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. For invoicing or purchase orders, ask us about an Enterprise plan at hello@holdpoint.co.
Do your prices include GST?
Prices are in Australian dollars. HoldPoint QA isn't registered for GST, so there is no GST to add.
