A SWMS is only defensible when a competent person reviews it and workers are consulted. HoldPoint gives you the draft — you own the sign-off.
Simple process
How the SWMS generator works
Step 01
Describe your work
Pick your trade and describe the scope on site. If high-risk construction work applies, flag the relevant WHS Reg 291 categories — otherwise just describe the job.
Step 02
AI drafts your SWMS
The AI builds a hazard register grouped by activity, with risks and hierarchy-tagged control measures. Each hazard gets at least two real controls, never PPE-only.
Step 03
Review, brand & send
Review and edit every section, record worker consultation, then unlock for $25 to add your logo and ABN, download the branded PDF, and email it to your principal contractor.

Common questions
SWMS generator FAQ
Do I have to select HRCW activities?
No — HRCW is optional. If your scope includes high-risk construction work under WHS Regulation 291 (falls over 2m, trenches over 1.5m, live electrical, asbestos, etc.), flag it and the hazard register is structured around those categories. For routine work, just describe your scope and the AI groups hazards by work activity instead.
What is HRCW?
High-risk construction work (HRCW) is defined in WHS Regulation 291 — 18 categories including work at height, excavations, demolition, confined spaces, and energised electrical work. A SWMS is legally required before commencing HRCW on a construction project.
Is this a compliant SWMS?
HoldPoint generates an AI-assisted SWMS draft for your review. You must review, edit, consult your workers, and sign off before use on site. That human review is what makes it legally defensible — we never claim guaranteed compliance.
What does the $25 unlock include?
The full editable hazard register, a branded PDF with your logo and ABN, PDF download, and the ability to email it to your principal contractor. One document, one payment — no subscription.
